Golf course construction New courses, from raw ground to the first mowing.
We build new golf courses to USGA standards and manage every stage with our own team: survey, earthworks, shaping, the water underneath and grow-in.
Survey · Earthworks · Shaping · Irrigation · Grassing
One team from survey to handover.
A new course starts with an accurate model of the ground. Drone topography gives us the contours and construction drawings, followed by the master plan and the centerline staking that guides clearing.
Our crews then handle clearing, earthworks and rough shaping, install the root zone and planting beds, and finish-shape every hole before building the tees and greens. All of it is built to USGA standards.
We build what the golf course architect designs. At The Nauka Golf Club we did the finish shaping of Tom Fazio’s 18-hole championship course, and at Larimar we are building the 18-hole course, with project management built around the natural terrain.
