Three ways to maintain your course.
Construction ends with turf stabilization and grow-in before we hand a course over. After that, the owner chooses how much of the maintenance we take on: technical consulting, management of the property’s own staff, or the whole job for a fixed monthly fee.
Juan Jesús Solís-Suchil, our CEO and agronomy director, is a GCSAA-trained golf course superintendent. Our team handled the grow-in and maintenance of Playa Palmas Country Club, the first golf course in Mexico grassed with Pure Dynasty paspalum, and maintained Santo Domingo Country Club from 2011 to 2017.
The same discipline applies to sports fields: we maintain the field at Estadio Tetelo Vargas to MLB playing standards, and staffed the agronomic maintenance of the main stadium for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2024.

Selected by the government office for baseball affairs to rebuild the country’s most iconic ballpark. We redesigned the playing field, expanded the drainage, installed automated irrigation and laid new turf, completing the whole project in 13 weeks. We still maintain the field to MLB playing standards.
