Renovation that respects the design.
Renovation is the deepest part of our record. At Teeth of the Dog in Casa de Campo our team ran the full renovation: every fairway renovated, the sand in the greens replaced, the bunkers remodeled, new cart paths built and new tees added to bring the course up to competitive distances, all while preserving the details of Pete Dye’s design.
To prepare Vidanta in Puerto Vallarta for a PGA TOUR event, we rebuilt every bunker with new technology to PGA specifications, renovated the tees and redesigned several holes on the Greg Norman Signature course. In Acapulco, after the 2022 earthquake, we completed the first-stage restoration of Tres Vidas, including the green complexes, PGA-method bunkers and completely new greens.
We work to the plan of the architect in charge: Jerry Pate at Teeth of the Dog, Kurt Bowman at Santo Domingo Country Club, and PB Dye and Robert Trent Jones Jr. on renovations now in progress in the Dominican Republic.
